PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
At our studio, we take great pride in handcrafting each piece, specially tailored to your order. As a small business, we kindly request your patience as we require 2 to 3 business days to process and produce your order. During new collection releases, production time may be slightly longer. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
SHIPPING POLICY
Upon completion of the processing and production phase, we will ship your order via UPS® Ground. Please bear in mind that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier's delivery schedule and the destination.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your package is on its way, we will furnish you with a tracking number, enabling you to monitor its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the unlikely event of your package being lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us promptly at hello@station30studio.com, and we will make every effort to assist you in resolving the matter. Please note that any losses or damages incurred due to carrier mishandling or delivery errors are beyond our control.
